PHASING
Lagoon Ridge is comprised of three distinct yet harmonious neighborhoods.
The Homes at Lagoon Ridge is the first neighborhood to be developed and includes 13 well-appointed properties of which only 3 remain available.
The Residences at Lagoon Ridge are located along Double Ox Road at the western gateway to the community. Four designer residences will be located on lots ranging from 1 to 1 ½ acres and are expected to be released in 2024.
The Estates at Lagoon Ridge are located off Sage’s Way, to the east of the Homes, and will offer the opportunity to realize your grandest Island-living dreams. The release of these four estate properties, on lots ranging from 1 ½ to 2 acres, is anticipated for 2025.
Preference will be given to existing Lagoon Ridge owners prior to releasing all future offerings for sale to the public.
