CapeBuilt was founded by land use attorney and real estate entrepreneur Robert L. Brennan, Jr. in 2010. The company operates three business units: CapeBuilt Development, CapeBuilt Homes and CapeBuilt Construction with offices in Hyannis and Amesbury, Massachusetts. CapeBuilt's recently completed projects include Heritage Sands in Dennis Port and 255 Main Street in Hyannis. In addition to Lagoon Ridge, CapeBuilt is currently constructing 60 luxury apartments at Sea Captains Row, also in Hyannis.
