Bringing forward the vision of Lagoon Ridge takes a team of professionals dedicated to honoring Oak Bluffs’ history while looking toward the future.

Marshe Partners LLC – Marshe Partners was founded by Mark and Shelagh DeWitt, who developed Heritage Sands in Dennis Port alongside CapeBuilt’s Rob Brennan. Mark’s Grandparents, Arthur and Ethel Chase, established some of Cape Cod’s first cottage colonies more than 90 years ago. With Lagoon Ridge, Mark’s family continues this legacy of creating unique neighborhoods in memory of Mark and the Chase family.
The work of creating Lagoon Ridge began with the vision of Davio Danielson and has been a collaborative effort that included the Town of Oak Bluffs, a host of municipal Boards and Committees, the local business community, and year-round and seasonal residents of Oak Bluffs. In making Lagoon Ridge your “home on the Island,” we hope you will take an interest in local affairs and patronize the business, artisans, and restaurants throughout the Town of Oak Bluffs.
